Why i’m actually trying an accupressure mat for my back pain

If you’ve been following Donna’s Daily Grind, you know back pain has been a struggle for me lately.

Between trying to stay motivated, keeping up with the house, getting back to the gym, and figuring out my next job move…my back has definitely been feeling it.

And when your back hurts everything feels harder.

Lately I’ve been researching natural ways to manage pain at home, and one thing that keeps popping up is an acupressure mat.

From what I’ve learned, these mats are designed to:

  • Help relieve back and neck tension
  • Improve circulation
  • Relax tight muscles
  • Support stress relief (which I definitely need)

The idea is that you simply lie on it for about 10-20 minutes a day and let the pressure points do their thing.

Honestly? I love the idea of something I can use at home while I drink my coffee or unwind at night.
